Short Sale- Avoid Foreclosure

If you are having difficulties paying your mortgage and are considering walking away from your home, you owe it to yourself and your future to consider a short sale instead of letting the bank foreclose.

Contact a Realtor who is a short sale specialist, to explain the process to you and get your home listed when you first start having trouble paying your mortgage.  Don't wait until months have gone by and the foreclosure sale is pending.

Check out the following video story of how one homeowner avoided foreclosure and sold their home as a short sale.

If you own a home anywhere in the Charlotte or Concord NC area, I would love to help you avoid foreclosure too.  I have earned the National Association of Realtor's (NAR) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation and have several years experience successfully closing short sale deals.  Contact me anytime!

Cheryl...doing a short sale, although many times a great headache, sure can save the credit in the long term. Good to have you back!

Thanks William, it's good to be back!  You are right, short sales are usually a headache... but the benefits for homeowners make it all worth while.
